- I will import your home into the Greenville MLS Service with reciprocal Spartanburg MLS including professional pictures and virtual tour.
- I will send promotional e-mail flyers to over 2300 Realtors when there is an open house, price reduction, etc.
- I will promote your home online at www.yourgreenvillerealtor.com, Realtor.com (with extra enhancements), homes.com (with preferred listings and featured homes in certain zipcodes), journalhomes.com, homesandland.com, and 1000s more.
- I will promote your home in local real estate magazines thru their online programs
- Your home will be a featured in the Greenville Journal or News either in an ad or featured home section coincided with an Open House.
- Our appointment center will call you for all showings of your home.
